Scammers!!!!! Do not stay here unless u want to get charged twice for a stinky dirty room! Do not stay at any locations in the surrounding areas! they will charge your card twice and will not give you your money back! I tried calling this location multiple times and they do not answer phone i dealt with the third party that deals with booking they cant even get in contact with them! horrible experience! please be aware!

5 Stars. The rooms were Clean & Comfortable. The Manager, Vijay Patel went over & above, to help us get 4 Semi Trucks safely parked. We were passing thru from doing Disaster Recovery work with oversized loads of equipment in trucks without sleepers & running out of day light. Could not have asked for better customer service.

If you are looking to have a easy lawsuit I would definitely recommend coming to this hotel. The owner and his wife is the only people who does the housekeeping and they run through the rooms. She cleans the room while he picks up the linen, trash, and mop. Now throughout the hotel there are no wet floors signs put up to warn people that they are mopping. Mind you I am currently 9 months pregnant and when I state to him legally he said he does not care about the legal things. Walked off and went to his apartment at the bottom of the hotel. Where the white volvo, BMW, and grey Red Roof Van. We have been staying here weekly and he tells me that they clean the rooms every other day, but the last time they came in and cleaned the room was Thursday 10-31-24. No one knocked on the door Saturday for cleaning and there was no sign on the door stating "privacy please". The owner left his young son to speak for him saying the cleaning crew recently quit, so they have to multitask and cleanrooms and keep up the front desk. But I exclaimed to the son that the room was not cleaned Thursday that he tried to claim. All he did was mop, put the sheets on the bed untucked. I had to finish making the bed, the tub nor toilet or sink was cleaned. And when the husband mops the floor he never puts any wet floor sings to indicated that he has moped. Not knowing I use to run a hotel myself at the Hyatt and yes there is times when you are short staffed and as a manager you will have to go help the housekeepers just to ensure the property gets cleaned like it is supposed. Also when the owner mops he does not change out the water, the same water he uses on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors is the same water he uses to mop the rooms in the yellow bucket. Also the Emergency exits are not secured, you can literally the east side of the building with no key card over by the Froghead Gril. There is one door that works every now and then with the key card, but if you walk further towards the back of the hotel on that side you will see another door which is supposed to be the ER exit that is not secured. So anyone has access to the hotel. If the owner really cared for his property I would highly recommend a temp service there for he can make sure he is in compliance with state laws and regulations. Instead of half doing his job because he is frustrated.
