HILTON GARDEN INN GULFPORT AIR

We ended up traveling from San Antonio and traveled through until I was in Gulfport, MS. I booked a stay at an Hilton property in Gulfport and I had the pleasure to meet the front office Supervisor named Malinda Barnett. Upon entering the establishment, this person greeted me with a warm smile, eye contact, and asked me how my day have been. I usually don’t even leave reviews, but I will tell you this if you are in Gulfport Mississippi you must stay at the Hilton Garden Innand the reason why is because when you have people greeting you with great energy and professionalism ….you already know the battle is already ….halfway won. The staff was very efficient and friendly. Food was good, and best of all the rooms were clean and quiet!

I did not stay at this hotel. I did stop in for supper one night during my travels as I have done before. It was a bit unsettling that an employee was running the restaurant/bar area by herself. She said it was her first day back. Made for an uncomfortable meal. Please provide some training and support for this employee. She was very nice and polite, but was seemingly overwhelmed with the number of other patrons.
