Chose to stay here versus Memphis. Convenient highway access to go to Shiloh National Battlefield. Good food selection for breakfast. Friendly staff Clean room. Comfortable bed. Mexican restaurant within walking distance for a dinner option. Would stay here again.

Do yourself a favor and request a room at another hotel. They don’t care about maintenance or housekeeping; their sole concern is to collect your money. This is a Motel 6, not a Hilton. I’ve already sent emails to corporate and the location, but I haven’t received any response yet. I’ll continue to pursue this matter until I get my money back.

I don’t even know where to start. I checked in online and had a digital key ready, but when I arrived at the hotel, I found that our rooms had been changed without any notice or explanation. One of the rooms had a strong, rotten smell, so I had to request a room change. The other room had issues like the sink drained extremely slowly, there was bunch of hairs on the floor, and the air conditioning made a very loud noise throughout the stay. The hallway was also wet, with a fan running, which made the whole experience feel poorly maintained. This was probably the worst Hampton Inn experience I have ever had. I expected a much better standard of cleanliness and service.
