Hollywood Casino Resorts Tunica

Honestly the vibe we got when we arrived was not inviting. The drive in seemed like the entire area was deserted. Drove around the entire building before we could figure out where the hotel entrance was. Had to ring the bell for an attendant to come from the back without shoes on to wait on us. While going to the room, I saw 2 dead big roaches and was just turned off. I asked to cancel and was told he could not help me..I would have to do it over the phone myself. I tried for close to 45 minutes to get someone on the phone and was still told the manager would have to help me. Did finally get it cancelled and get a refund. Was so looking forward to the stay at Hollywood Resort since we have stayed at the same resort in Lawrensburg IN several times and we loved it, but this place was not what we expected.

Quick over night stay! Wish we would of had more time! Great room, friendly staff, great hotel and casino. Easy check in.

Super clean casino. Tons of older games I am familiar with. Games are looser and don't take your money fast. Easy to get around because of the spaceous layout
