Everything about this hotel is perfect and it’s why it’s the only place I will stay for the Tupelo Elvis Festival. The bed is comfortable, the air conditioning works to your specs, the shower is great, the breakfast is good, and the staff is very friendly. That last part might be best of all - everyone from the desk clerk to the housekeepers to the breakfast servers are very, very cordial and make you feel welcome. Please keep it up, you are appreciated! Also there is a Texas Roadhouse right in front of the hotel and they have 10% off coupons at the front desk if you request one. Conveniently located, it doesn’t take long to get anywhere in town.

The location of the hotel is excellent (for a 2-star hotel). You can actually reach any place in the city within 5-10 minutes by car. My room faced the back towards the pool and was absolutely quiet (the pool closed at 10 PM and then the last visitors were gone).
In the 5 days, I only heard a distant train very quietly twice. Since the air conditioning also operates very quietly, no earplugs or similar were necessary. I was able to sleep very peacefully every night.
The breakfast is okay, even though I missed a large pot of unsweetened oatmeal.

Customer service was disappointing and lacked basic hospitality. The room itself was fine for a one-night stay, but it’s not somewhere I would choose for a longer visit. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed during my stay. Breakfast was okay—nothing special but acceptable.
What stood out most was the lack of service. When we checked out around 9–10 a.m., there was no one at the front desk, so we didn’t even have the opportunity to share our experience or provide feedback. Overall, the biggest area that needs improvement is customer service, which significantly affected the stay.
