Super 8 Motel - Bolivar

This hotel could be a 4/5 however they send a precheck in form via text to expedite check-in but then once you go to check-in they tell you it’s not a real form. Overall, for Super 8’s it’s one of the better ones I have stayed in but the check-in late a night was very strange and not handled well.

The man who checked us in was literally the kindest, most welcoming hotel receptionist we’ve ever dealt with. And we travel A LOT. He was beyond accommodating and just super friendly, which is appreciated after a long day of driving. He even gave us the room closest to the door, because he knew we were all exhausted. We travel year-round for business, and this man should be training all employees at a corporate level. He was the epitome of customer service. Our room was clean, cozy, and already had the extra pillows and blankets we’d requested prior to check-in. This was the most pleasant lodging experience we’ve had. Thank you, Bolivar Super 8!

The hair dryer caught my daughters hair on fire and sent sparks into my face. The front desk didn't even care about the injuries. They told me just to not use it and gave me a hair dryer to take to the room. My 6 hear old daughter has hair down past her butt and it burnt a chunk out! They don't care at all.
