BRANSON YELLOW ROSE INN SUITES

This place is nothing like the pictures! They have a wood floor. The swimming pool is all covered up. They have no ice machine at Ramada. The TV in the room did not work so I had to get maintenance to put me a new TV. There was no hangers in the room so I had maintenance bring me some. There was no hand towels so I got some from the maid later. There was roaches and spiders in the room so I sprayed the room. My mom got some spider bites. The towels and sheets were dark and dingy! They are not using bleach. The toilet had a water leak flooding the bathroom floor. The AC unit was a old fashioned dinosaur that was loud and barely cooled the room. The breakfast was pretty good but still not like going to IHOP. It’s a motel breakfast and the same everyday! The manager tried to charge me for a extra night on basically a modified reservation! This motels rating is much lower than it shows here. You can stay at your own risk! I don’t recommend this place. Horrible!

Have not even gone yet! Am working on making a reservation for a weekend trip I plan to go on with my husband and my dog. When trying to access the website through my computer it keeps saying the site is inaccessible and when I look on their website on my phone to see what their policy is for pets it says they only allow service animals. Then finally when I got them to answer (I called literally ten times before they picked up!!!), they told me they do allow pets and it's a twenty-dollar nightly fee per pet. Will leave an updated review after I have actually had my trip, but so far not looking like a very good hotel.

The bed was terrible it was like it was folded in half and there was a big dip in it and the bed was broke, the room was nasty and dirty, the workers were very rude, even after giving them or reservation number they still couldn’t find our reservation and when we went to check out the lady was very rude will never go back
