Food Stains on couch, bench, TV Stand/Desk. Extremely loose bathroom sink faucet. Constant flashing red light from telephone on nightstand. Constant chirping noise from a smoke detector from adjoining room with low battery. The typical let their cousins do the repaint work to save money. The typical paint over the mold. But overall a very roomy spacious "suite" and very close to the pool. Not a lot of noise, if you exclude the smoke detector chirping.

Sean, the hotel manager, was absolutely incredible! He was very kind, positive, understanding, patient and got the problem fixed with no frustration. Issue: My flights were delayed and cancelled twice the day I was supposed to check in. I called the hotel to try and adjust my stay of 2 nights to 1 night. When I finally got there the next day, there was miscommunication with personnel and they cancelled my reservation completely as a no show. Sean was there, heard the problem and worked through it. They were on the verge of being sold out but he managed to find me a room. He also made sure to help me get the issue resolved with the third party booking company. He wrote a letter stating the issue and how it was resolved so I could send it. I feel grateful for his patience and helpfulness. Thank you Sean!

The room had a noticeable odor, almost like animals had been in there, and it didn’t feel properly cleaned. On top of that, staff were arguing right outside our door on the first floor around 6:00 AM, which woke everyone up and made for a rough start to the day. We also noticed roaches in the swimming pool area, which was very concerning. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here based on this visit.
