Hampton Inn & Suites Kansas City-Country Club

What an amazing experience we had! The service was over the top and the friendly faces and kind conversations with everyone who works at the hotel was very welcoming and made us feel like we were at home! Ellie was a superstar! I called 2 days before arriving and had a lot of Rapid Fire questions for her since I had never been to a World Cup and I've never been to Kansas city. She had endless patience, great suggestions and a very friendly disposition. I was so happy to meet her in person!

Had made plans with friends and family many months ago. They are the only Hotel I am aware of that charges you if you need to cancel. I overbooked rooms; would not refund fee’s. We did stay; however as stated there were issues with booking. Incorrect dates entered as we needed to change them to help with dates with several adults that have jobs.

Be careful when making reservations or using your Hilton American Express card through the Hilton website. I was charged for a future reservation I didn’t make, and neither Hilton nor Hampton would refund the charge. Additionally, the hotel staff is very unprofessional, and customer service is located outside the country.
