HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS ST. LOUIS AIRPORT- RIVERPORT

I left my expensive massage gun (Theragun) when I checked out on Sunday morning, August 2nd. I remembered that I forgot it about 1.5 hrs later, when I was SEVERAL miles away, driving back to Denver. I tried the entire day to call them, with ZERO response. They claim the "system was down" and that they cannot find my massage gun. I know for a fact I forgot it, because it was not unpacked once I got home. I eventually got a text from a Michael C, who showed ZERO interest in addressing my problem. Absolutely atrocious that someone one would find it, keep it, and then lie about it. They no problem taking your money, but won't lift a finger to help if something is wrong. DO.NOT.STAY.HERE

Hotel was nice and perfect location for a concert at the amphitheater. They will shuttle you to the venue, just not back. The walk is easy though. The shuttle driver makes it clear on which way to walk back. He was the best employee here! The reason for a 4 instead of 5 is due to the unfriendly of the desk staff.

We were in St. Louis for medical appointments. The original reservation was for the entire week but the Friday appointment was moved to Thursday late morning. Although they were expecting a large group on Thursday afternoon, they graciously accommodated a late checkout on Thursday. All in all, the stay was great in other ways too. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean, as was the lobby and other common areas. Parking was free in their spacious parking lot. Every one of the staff was great - friendly and helpful.
