HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS SIKESTON

Staff for check in/ out were absolutely amazing. Breakfast was so-so - juice machine didn’t work properly after refilling the containers. Room was good & bed comfortable but the bathroom wall was nasty. Seems someone threw Coke or coffee on it or it was throw up or diarrhea. The worst part was when a custodian started arguing in a condescending manner with my husband when he chose the wrong luggage cart to transport our luggage to the car

VERY DISAPPOINTED! When we checked in the lady had us on the 2nd floor and then stayed the elevator is out. She then moved us to a room on 1st floor. The room is dirty, WE FINALLY GOT 1 channel on TV to work, tried hooking up to internet, no go! I called front desk and was told she was busy and put me on hold. I finally walk down there and once I got to lobby the internet worked. Back in room it was on and off. The beds fell like they are 20 years old. II AM a best western rewards member and have enjoyed them for years. I have stayed at this one before, but tonight is totally disgusting. If we weren’t so tired we would definitely try to find other accommodations!
