Ridge Crest Plaza Inn And Suit

I have been been with out hot water here for 3 weeks. And the manager will not have the rooms with hot water cleaned so that the customers here can take a shower. They have to go to dirty rooms to take a shower. The manager does not do her job, but some of the employees will do whatever they can to help. But she does nothing. The manager hires people that steals and breaks things. I have to clean my own room, chase down clean towels and yet the manager still will not hold employees to the standards that they should be held to. As paying customers, you would think that a hotel would want to take care of them so that they get good reviews to keep good paying customers coming here because at the end of the day it's the paying customers that keep a hotel open for business which in return pays the wages of the employees. A ship is only as good as it captin and crew and this ship seems like it is going down.

This place is not worth $70. It is old, worn out. The rooms have mold, stains, bad smell and are outdated. Light bulbs missing from lamps, no coffee pot or working fridge. People in and out and looks to be a tweaker refuge. There is no way I would sit on the toilet or put one toe in that pool. This place is a rip off and vile.the Ambassador in Dallas Texas looks like a Hilton compared to this trashy sh!thole.

Very professional staff ms. Andrea the very best. Affordable, clean, o.k. breakfast. Must stay recommended. Within reasonable distance of all stores and amenities.i could not have gotten a more reasonably priced room anywhere and the beds were very comfortable and water good and hot.very pleased.
