Cmon Inn Billings

We stayed three nights for our granddaughter's wedding. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, and housekeeping was great. . Breakfast was excellent, except that they ran out of food early on Labor Day morning. The pool was gun for the kids, and we had a patio outside our first floor room where the adults could visit while keeping an eye on the kids. Extremely family friendly. Highly recommend.

The room was disgusting and dirty when we arrived. There was food and crumbs all over the floor, as if it had not even been vacuumed. There was a dirty old green toothpick floss that that was laying on the floor behind the recliner, along with an empty grape jelly pack. Immediately I went downstairs and told the front desk staff she seemed to care less and said there was nothing she could do because she didn’t have anybody to clean the room. She blatantly just asked me what she would like me to do and I said well we are leaving right now so if you could have the room clean by the time you get back. Well when we came back to the room Nothing was cleaned, and it was still in the same dirty old state. Very least to say I’m extremely disappointed and grossed out. Also location sucked. Didn’t realize we were by a railroad and the trains were driving by all night long. Also rooms were so hot I could not sleep the AC did not work. We will NEVER be returning to this hotel ever again. Worst stay of my life.

Pleasantly surprised to see this hotel was just as nice as it was 30 years ago when I stayed here as a kid. They do need to clean vents in the rooms a little better, wasn’t impressed with housekeeping knocking on the door to see if we were checked out 2.5 hours before check-out time (we really needed that extra sleep after a late check-in and long weekend). Beds are comfy. Pillows are subpar, they really could use find improvement with nicer pillows and the room could’ve used two extra towels. We did leave a few things in the bed of our pickup overnight and everything was there in the morning.
