Comfort Inn

Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately overshadowed by a billing error that should have been simple to resolve. I reserved two rooms using my credit card to guarantee the reservation. My brother-in-law arrived before we did, and instead of asking for his credit card at check-in, the hotel charged his room to my card. When I arrived, I noticed the charge immediately because my bank had sent me an alert. I asked the front desk to correct the mistake. The employee had difficulty understanding the issue, and I thought it had finally been resolved. The next morning, another employee reviewed everything and told me the previous clerk “didn’t take care of it” and assured me she would fix it. Unfortunately, the “fix” created another problem—both rooms ended up being charged to my brother-in-law’s credit card instead. While I can reimburse him, that’s not the point. What should have been a straightforward correction turned into multiple conversations, unnecessary confusion, and extra work for us after we returned home. The room itself was fine, but the billing process and lack of communication left us frustrated. I hope the hotel provides better training on handling reservation payment changes so future guests don’t have the same experience. made this stay

We had a great stay here! The woman at the front desk was incredibly friendly and accommodating. She let us keep our luggage including film equipment in our room for a late checkout, and when we were late for that checkout time, she was so nice about it. Highly recommend staying here!

A good structure, quite clean. The guy at the reception proved to be kind and helpful even on tips for where to eat. The room was nice big. Classic breakfast, always the usual things found in these hotels.
