We stayed for three nights at this hotel while visiting family in Gardnerville. It was clean and quiet and has wonderful access to a park and walking paths nearby. AC worked good. Bed was a little soft for our tastes, but overall this place was much better than expected and we will stay here again in the future.

Horrible, rude staff. They change the policy and rates AFTER you arrive to check-in. Then...you're stuck. Either pay what they want or forfeit the price of your stay. After many stays here, I will NEVER stay here again.

This was supposed to be renovated and under new ownership! Just awful. Checked in by a young man that barely spoke English, room was shabby, plugs not working in most areas of room, sucks if you are trying to work, bed was ok, shower was nice, I have stayed here before with the previous owners, new Ownership is questionable!
