Motel 6 Las Vegas - I-15

We’ve arrived at the Motel 3 days ago… I ran in to use the bathroom in the small bathroom area once I sat on the seat it immediately slipped off the toilet and slammed me between the bathtub and toilet. I noticed the plastic screws weren’t on and half-*ss! The bathtub plug wasn’t on the spot for it… and showering in the morning I had a cold shower and no hot water! The bed frame sticking out from under the beds to hit your shin and bruise your legs! I went to grab a coffee at the front desk no condiments for the coffee and the front desk LIED about the condiments. Once stepping out in the corridor I saw serious GRAFFITI!!! And the side walk was not clean!! My son’s feet would be dirty from all that “Soot”. I noticed the pool area and saw the typo of time allotted for swimming was VERY SMALL! I looked around and they were smoking in the pool area! I checked both bathrooms noticing the shower heads weren’t on and circulation of air not enough they want us to SUFFOCATE from all this 110 degree heat!!! Noticing overgrown bushes not even TRIMMED pushing though the fencing… and a plastic cart blocking a small area for controlling the pool…and the chain wasn’t locked it was broken off… and a plastic safety sign in the wrong place! This place should be forced to locked down until they get everything back to safety measures! We’re not coming back and we informed the deaf expo guests not to stay here!! And sent a message to other members that are interested in suing!!

I tried to cancel the reservation several times, and the site ignored all messages, not proceeding with the cancellation. The website clearly indicated that the "no show" fee to be charged would be only 1 per day, and not the 3 originally booked. But they insist on charging me the 3 days and they did not accept the credit card challenge as well.

This is the worst place I've ever stayed in. Roaches crawl the walls. Air-conditioned don't work and let's in pot smoke from the neighbors smoking in front of the room. Ice machine was broken and they said the gas station has Ice. Only one bath towel in room and was like it was a problem to give another one with two people listed on reservation. People roaming the parking lot all night didn't feel very safe. Will never stay here again. Stay somewhere else and save yourself from this disaster.
