Motel 8 Las Vegas

After driving all day, my family and I could not get into our house so we decided to stay here for one night. We checked in and almost 7 PM was not informed until last minute about the $125 deposit and the $12 incidental fee for Internet parking and one water. We’re given a room with one bed for three people slept on top of the covers brought in her own pillows and blankets. Bathroom sink was backed up. Did not eat in the room. Did not shower. All we did Was sleep and leave by 11 AM the next morning. Two weeks later I called about the $125 deposit. They informed me over the phone that maid service found tons of dog hair and the room smelled. Told her the sink was backed up, Maybe the smell was from that I don’t recall. All I was doing was sleeping. She gave me the email address for the front desk said they would handle it. No response to date. Not worth it, not very clean, not a good value, homeless people doing drugs, walking around the property, if I’d had small children I would’ve slept in the car before taking them to this property

I stayed on nye and the room stunk like marijuana and disgusting smells! The tv didn’t work and the floor was sticky with I don’t even want to know what. Not even 5 minutes after I walked in the room there was a shooting and mind u this hotel is right in front of the Mandalay Bay which is across the street and right next to where that guy shot a bunch of people a couple years ago. I went to the office and asked if those were gunshots or fireworks even though I knew it was gunshots and the woman who rented me the room said they were gunshots, I asked for a refund and she was doing it but suddenly called her boss and he said no. I gave her back the key and left so scared that I had just driven 6 hours to get there and decided to drive 6 hours back exhausted. The people there were all druggies and even the woman that worked there was staying in one of the rooms to party all night. There was liquor and alcohol all over the front desk and the managers excuse for not giving me a refund was that the shooting wasn’t at the hotel, it was next door. I’m sorry but last time I checked bullets can go a very long distance. DO NOT STAY THERE IF U VALUE YOUR LIFE!

It was just bad idea to go we sated on the strip until 1AM just to get out of that mess the pool was just filled with hay leav or die Don't say here. Say at the motel 6. Don't believe the best reviews
