Palms Place Hotel & Spa

The elevators were not working we were stuck on the 29th floor for over two hours just to get down to the lobby and we were late to our itinerary. I spoke to management and they did not accommodate us instead they made me feel like it was my fault for even mentioning how upset I was. I will not be staying there again.

Kandi was very fun and informative when checking us in!!!

First time at the Palms had a great experience with room value and the customer service rep Ruthy she was friendly and very helpful she made our check in easy. Ruthy was exceptional!
