Absolutely do not stay here, it's cheap and that's for a reason. I'll give you a full breakdown. First I'd like to make it known that Luis at the front desk needs retraining ASAP and has no knowledge of his job.
Bathroom: You shower and the water comes out of the tub right away, the toilet also gets stuck flushing constantly.
Bedroom: The beds are comfortable, however the pillows are so worn and used that you need four pillows to be able to sleep. The AC is also terrible and extremely old and sounds like a train.
Service: Non existent, we requested service twice from two different people and never received anything, also the front desk tells you that housekeeping ends at 3Pm and yet the housekeepers say it ends at 10PM.
They also charged us after we left for a damaged room, we took photos and videos of the entire room prior to leaving and there is no damage.

Decent 2-star budget hotel on the Strip — easy to find and a short walk to the LINQ Promenade and Sphere.
Staff were polite and the room was clean with good counter and desk space.
Bed was comfortable, though the pillows were too soft and floppy.
A/C is loud but slept fine with it turned off. There was a small bar of soap (almost a sliver), but the front desk will provide more toiletries on request.
Amenities are basic but decent.
Please note you do need to request housekeeping if you want your room cleaned.
I didn't visit the casino next door.
A good budget hotel that is a quick 5 minute Lyft ride from and to the airport.
I would stay here again.

I visited the Yard at Ellis Island for dinner on Monday evening. As we sat down at our table, the leg of my chair broke off and I took quite a fall to the floor. many tables around gasped as they saw me fall and my chair break apart. Other than some pain in my back and butt, I felt OK. And i didn't want to go to the hospital to get checked out. The waiter was very apologetic and the security was quick to check on me and asked if I needed any medical help. They all said the manager would be over to take care of me. The manager (Randy) never came over to check on the situation. After dinner, there was no offer to comp for my meal at all. I asked for the manager and he finally came over. He said he heard of the incident and was not at all concerned. I asked for our meals to be comped and he made a rude comment and asked if we were really traumatized at the incident. He offered nothing but to pick up my two drinks. I always loved visiting Ellis Island when in Vegas. I will not be back. I have never experienced such a classless manager. Totally embarrassing for the resort!
