Tahoe Summit Village

We booked this place to be close to stagecoach lift and a short drive to the hustle and bustle of southlake. The pool/hot tub have been under repair since the summer and on the listing, were to be reopened Jan 1st. This was not the case. No fitness center, no organized activities, the Rodeo lodge where we stayed is 400m as the crow flies to the lift, but requires either 1/2 mile uphill walk or 1.7 mile drive due to the one way road. Not the convienent location i thought I booked. When the bar at the main lodge is open, the staff is great. If I stayed here again, I would only book the Eagles Nest building to have access to ammenities such as ski/board storage, an elevator, well cleared roads and the bar. Beds were comfy and they kept stairs cleared. were could hear all commotion above us. rooms were tiny.

An absolutely lovely stay. Good location, extremely clean and super cozy. Was perfect for our family trip.

Stayed in the Tall Pines apartment, which is about 500m to the stagecoach lift and 500m to pub and market. Nice apartment, full kitchen, very clean. If you stay at the main reception area (eagles nest) then the boulder ski run is located at the back. The manager up at the eagles nest was super friendly and extremely helpful. He helped with me out of a tight spot when i accidentally checked out a day earlier. Never met a more helpful person. Would 100% recommend this accommodation.
