Despite being charged full price, a significant portion of the hotel experience was impacted by ongoing renovations and operational limitations: Stickney’s restaurant was unavailable due to renovation work The main dining room was fully booked, likely due to reduced capacity/staffing Food quality was poor, both at Rosebrook and during breakfast in the dining room The breakfast buffet was not available, again due to operational constraints While I do want to acknowledge that the service from staff was good, the overall experience fell well below expectations—particularly given the lack of clear communication or warning about the extent of these disruptions prior to arrival.

Very expensive weekend for not really much value, totally overpriced compared to the Alps and no choise/options. Everything owned by OMNI, incl. local restaurants. 149 USD for a single day ticket with resort discount! And online bookings for international guests not possible, don't like int. credit card - I guess they don't have many overseas! All over about 1000 USD for 1 day skiing and 2 nights.

A truly exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff is fantastic — warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. The on-demand shuttle service makes getting around the property effortless, adding to the seamless feel of the stay. Skiing at Bretton Woods was my best ski experience in over a decade. The mountain is impeccably maintained, the facilities are top-tier, and the cross-country and skate skiing trails are absolutely stunning — beautifully groomed and suitable for all levels. The activities are endless, both on and off the slopes. After a full day of skiing, the hot chocolate, cakes, and freshly baked cookies in the lobby were such a thoughtful touch. And the views from the lobby bar are simply spectacular — the perfect way to end the day. An incredible place. I look forward to returning.
