Best Western Granite Inn

We booked our two rooms in advance and asked for adjoining rooms as my sister is elderly and handicapped. My room was not cleaned and they had no one to clean it at 6pm. They gave me another room but I I spent the night worried. I asked to speak to a manger but never heard back in the four days while I was there. I also called Choices hotels and made an incident report the night of check in and was told I would hear back within 48 hours. This is day 6 without a word. We have stayed here every year for over a decade and have always had great stays. I’m not sure if it has been sold and maybe this is a new owner or not. This is in excusable in my opinion.

The hotel rooms at Clarion Inn Nashua are comfortable, but there are a few serious issues. At times, you can hear loud vehicle noise through the windows, which can be very distracting. If you have important meetings or need to work online, I would not recommend this hotel. The Wi-Fi was also a major problem. It was very unreliable and made it difficult to get work done.

Came here for my graduation and me and my family stayed overnight. Everything here was great: the receptionist was nice and greeted us with a smile, the room was nice and clean, and my kids really enjoyed it. The breakfast was good, offering eggs, sausage, juices, waffles and more. Will definitely stay here again.
