I've been going past this quaint little place for decades but never stopped in because it wasn't a good fit with three kids at the time (no pool, nothing for them to do, etc). I definitely missed their best days! The cottage we rented had holes and cuts in the screened in porch, the connections for the curtains were broken so they hung down. We tried sitting in the gazebo to relax before the mosquitos came out, but changed our minds when we saw the chairs were rusted and had mold growing on them. It's sad that another nice old motel has gone to shambles and unkept.

I just needed a place to say. I was in the area and was visiting a number of the local breweries and needed a place to stay before I headed out tomorrow to visit a friend. The check-in was quite easy. The room was much better than I had expected and was pleasantly surprised. I would certainly come back here again.
