Everything was Amazing! Sue, Diana, Erica, Sindy, Diego, The maintenance man, whose name I didn't catch... they were all very helpful and attentive... one word: Excellent! To improve: placing a non-slip mat in the bathtub would be truly wonderful! Thank you all so much, we will definitely return!

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Attentively attended, clean and well-kept breakfast area. I noticed and appreciated desk staff cleaning the coffee and kitchen areas and straightening the lobby whenever they weren’t helping guests at the desk. A very pleasant stay in a great location.

Great hotel with nice staff, good breakfast, nice big pool and clean rooms. The manager Diana is a wonderful woman with a smile that makes you want to have your day and together with Diego the housekeeper they arrange everything for you down to the last detail. All in all highly recommended to book this hotel.
