False advertising, rude front desk attendant I have videos & pictures! Tv doesn’t work . & there is no one to complain too , the person your making a complaint on is the only person available to complain too. I will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN ! Only thing I blame myself for is not checking the reviews before booking. Bensalem Inn of the Dove is the one you should choose if you live in Philadelphia.

Rented the room and got in there and the mirrors were not clean and the couch was dirty. We had to sit on the towels. Then when we got cozy and sat back on the couch, there was mouse droppings on the back of the couch. There was also no where to hang our coats. The only thing that made up for this trip was ordering food from the King of Pizza. Their food was top tier!

This has been the worst experience ever I completely want to refund. I am not even comfortable staying here. From the moment I checked in and the mean racist man. The rude individual only had two things to say. Read the policies and sign here. No Wi-Fi password no directions to the room we get in the room. The room has cigarette holes in the blanket. Bugs in the refrigerator no phone to call the front desk. I’ve seen that the one in PA and it was so nice to give you a bottle of wine. The logs for your fireplace. This is just the pit of the pits. Probably a bunch of drug addicts here so everyone that approached the window get treated as such! We should have booked the feathers nest!!!!!!!!!
