Best Western Brooklyn Bay

Conveniently located near attractions and restaurants. The room was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable after a long day of sightseeing.

Paid $450 for crappy hotel. Odor in room, sink was sluggish. Pulled the rod to open curtain, fell off on my hand. Shelf fell out of refrig upon opening it. Breakfast was uninspired- food either undercooked or dried out. I hope never to have to stay there again, only reason we did was it was within walking distance to where we needed to be. Ridiculous amount of money spent!

Do not stay here. We stayed here for 1 night due to a flight cancellation in August 2024. The room B1 was dirty the mattress was dirty and torn. The breakfast was hard pastries. We were woken at 7.30am by workmen in the corridor. We left the room at 9.30am to find workmen working outside the room painting, no signs of wet paint they didn’t move out of the way we had to squeeze by with the children. I requested a refund from Best Western and the hotel manager refused. Absolutely disgusting
