Jaquon made my stay worthwhile! He had great recommendations of things to do nearby and I can’t wait to come back! I enjoyed Tao and Jacks wife Freida’s!

Beautiful aesthetics, very nice hotel with a great rooftop pool, sushi is amazing, I might add. The location is also perfect with clubs nearby and a local market to hang out.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I would not recommend staying at Dream Downtown. The hotel is extremely overpriced for what you get. The rooms are outdated and not nearly as nice as the photos make them appear. The pool is very small, crowded, and not well maintained. The biggest issue was the noise. There is a nightclub in the building that stays open until around 4:00 a.m., and the loud music and banging could be heard from the room all night. It was so bad that the hotel actually keeps earplugs available for guests. We also had random people knocking on our door, which made us feel uncomfortable and disrupted our stay. To make matters worse, there is no easy way to reach a real person for help. When calling the front desk, you’re routed through an AI system instead of getting immediate assistance from hotel staff. Overall, this was a disappointing experience and nowhere near worth the price. There are many better hotels in New York City for the same money. I would not stay here again.
