I also rarely leave one star reviews, but they've stolen my money and will not respond to my numerous attempts to contact them!! DO NOT GO HERE. It's a disaster and disgusting, peeling wallpaper, broken AC, and nearly gave my husband a seizure from the flickering lights. Not worth how much they charge.

Kay & Ariel are the best. Got us in and settled for a quick NYC trip. Beautiful & classic (yet modern) hotel experience!

Great location. Stayed many times and pleased with service and rooms. Adrik and Haileny gave us a super smooth check in experience with our latest stay. We were upgraded to junior suite which was a really pleasant surprise!
