Soho Grand Hotel

I stayed at The Soho Grand Hotel over the 4th of July holiday for business and pleasure. It was a simply wonderful experience! The check-in, front desk, and concierge experiences were lovely, and the staff were gracious from check-in to check-out on anything that was needed. Moreover, the staff at the Diner, Gilligan's, and the Bar and Club Floor really worked to make every aspect of your visit first-class. I had a corner suite on a high floor, but noise level was perfect, as was the cleanliness of everything. I really appreciated how the housekeeping staff actively worked to ask when you needed your room cleaned, if anything needed a freshen-up, and if there was anything else needed while on the floor heading out. That is something I haven't experienced at any five-star in recent times, and was really spectacular. And of course The Soho Grand's location and atmosphere are everything you'd expect it to be! Everything was beautiful, convenient, and just perfect! It's such an amazing place to stay!

Soho Grand Hotel is our favorite place to stay in NYC. The location is perfect and the hotel has the best vibe. But what may be the best part of the stay is the staff. Always helpful, friendly and welcoming. Lonnie is like a family member we see every year. It’s more than great service. He makes people feel seen and special — and he’s always willing to go the extra mile. He makes it so much fun for us to come back and stay here year after year. The best.

Our experience at this property was so beyond our expectations. The room was amazing and I've never slept so well in a hotel. But truly the most impressive aspect of this property were the staff. From the clerk that checked us in, to the wonderful lady who came to clean the room and accommodated me being there due to having recently had knee surgery. And Lonnie and his doormen became my favorite part of the stay. Very friendly and fun and so informative. I wish I could rate this hotel higher.
