STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! Save yourself a headache and spend $ on a REAL, name brand hotel! Booked on hotels.com, not knowing this was from a 3rd party (Allcity) and not knowing that this building was a residential building! Very misleading. I assumed this was a hotel, since this was on hotels.com and there was no indication of Allcity being the 3rd party. Last minute booking due to an unforeseen circumstance. Quick to take my $! Not to mention the email said "No need to reconfirm, the stay is confirmed." When we arrived, the doorman stated there was no reservation and that this happens to a lot of people! So, we had nowhere to stay. Called to refund my $. Took a few phone calls and over a week to receive my $. Jenny from Allcity states that the room was actually ready and the doorman knew about it, but by the time I got there, it was a different doorman and he did not know. On what planet does an actual hotel not have a system in place to identify all clients who will be arriving? I booked in the evening and arrived a few hours later. The same guy should have been on duty. But the point is that in a real hotel, it doesn't matter who is at the counter...if you have a reservation, you have one. Period. Jenny also seemed to try to blame me, as I made a last minute reservation. That is true--stuff happens in life that requires last minute things. Funny how I was still able to make the reservation on the website despite it being last minute and funny how my money was taken with no questions asked. If last minute reservations are not honored, then the listing should not be active. This "Airbnb"-type listing should not be on hotels.com. Shockingly, people think they are getting a, gasp, hotel room!!! This building was an apartment building, where people LIVED. How embarrassing to be TURNED AWAY! Allcity should be more honest when advertising on hotels.com. No mention of 3rd party company. No mention that this is NOT a hotel room!!! Urge you to stay away from Allcity Corporate Housing!

I booked this from australia. To sleep three people. So two are good, they have the main bedroom. I, however, have what they called 'a comfortable sofa bed'!!! OMG! It does not have a mattress at all. It is one of those very trendy looking smart white leather couches that do not give an inch. Definitely not to be slept on! Do you think anyone would answer any phone messages i made? No one bothered to contact me to provide something for me to sleep on. These aprtments sleep two people only. I think for me the worst thing was the fact that they took my money and didnt have the decency to answer a call and try to help out. Travelling is exhausting and you need to sleep. I would not advise any person to stay here.
