Ramada Limited Parsippany

My experience at this hotel was very poor. There were several maintenance issues. The shower drain was clogged and the water would not drain properly. The toilet would not flush correctly either. In addition, the internet was terrible and did not work the entire weekend. The service was also disappointing. The front desk staff were rude, and the person who came to fix the clock in the room was also unfriendly. The cleanliness was mediocre during the days I stayed there. Housekeeping never came to clean the room, make the bed, or clean the bathroom even once. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel’s clerk was very professional and friendly. On seeing that we were seniors, she assigned us to a room almost adjacent to the breakfast room, which we appreciated. We were thoroughly impressed with the quality of the room and would not hesitate to stay there again as the hospitality of the staff were exceptional. Kudos.😀👍
