Secaucus location. Front desk was not very informative as to where to park and where bedroom was or when breakfast was to be served. Bed comforter was worn out. Only one soap. No tooth paste and breakfast was fridge frozen food and self serve .

North Bergen New Jersey Excellent staff Hotel and rooms could be updated

I booked a trip with my son with KLM Holidays. Flight and hotel. Flight went fine but this hotel is very old dated. Interior is very dirty, carpeting crawls over vermin, room tickets do not work, breakfast is very bad and you receive a grab bag instead of a buffet. Pool is closed. Reception rude. Room is cleaned every three days so not a clean towel every day. Beds are also not made every day. Bus to downtown NY is doable. If I may give a tip. Pay a little more and stay not in this hotel but more in downtown NY than in New Jersey.
