Best Western Monroe Inn & Suites

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at the Holiday Inn Express was unacceptable. During our stay, hotel staff threw away our food and personal items without permission. What made the situation even worse was management’s lack of accountability and failure to provide any meaningful resolution afterward. Instead of addressing the issue appropriately, we received dismissive responses that completely ignored the inconvenience, cost, and frustration caused by their actions. As paying guests, we expected basic respect for our belongings and far better customer service. The way this situation was handled showed a serious lack of professionalism and concern for guests. Based on this experience, I would not stay here again and would caution others before booking.

This property could not have been more perfect for what we needed. We had a wedding and a rehearsal dinner to attend. This was the most convenient property for both venues. We probably reserved about 15 rooms. From a hassle free check-in with Vee at the front desk, to clean and very comfortable rooms, this was a very positive experience. Breakfast was easy and delicious and an added perk was coffee or tea anytime we wanted. All in all I would highly recommend this property!

So this is your typical 3 star hotel with an amazing staff. I interacted with 4 different people on the front desk. All were great. Housekeeping was also great. The breakfast lady was not very friendly but ok. Breakfast it self was very average and the pancake machine was down both days
