Our room (156) had a TERRIBLE SMELL in the BATHROOM - which permeated the whole room because you could NOT OPEN the sliding glass door for any FRESH air!! ( - It appears that the tub DRAIN needs to be "SNAKED"!!!) - WORST of ALL, there was a "SOUND" (like a garbage truck?!) that you had to listen to ALL THE TIME!!!! (Desk clerk acted like it was the first time she had ever heard someone complain about it!!) - We CHOSE the Querque for it's big, warm, indoor swimming POOL- and we LOVED IT - but the experience was RUINED by "HOOLIGANS" (two males dangerously Rough-Housing IN the pool; a young boy dragging the two life perservers around - and AROUND - the cement squealing at the top of his lungs; OBJECTS being thrown through the AIR for a "dive-down-and-find" game)!!.. ....and then when we finally gave up on swimming and thought we would try out the hot tub - they saw us headed there - and BEAT us TO it!!!!) (- Oh, and the "breakfast bar" was open until 10 am - but the waffle batter was GONE by the time we got there at 9:30!!) - When we first got to our room, the alarm was beeping-beeping-beeping. When we couldn't figure out how to turn it off - or re-set it -, we had to just unplug it. ( - Turns out, it was ALL "downhill" from THERE......)

The location of the hotel is good and it has a large parking lot with security that patrols constantly. The check-in was very quick and the staff was very friendly. The water pressure in the shower was magnificent.

We travel a lot with a small pet and have never come across this outrageous pet charge.
