Just one night passing through. The staff was nice and the hotel was clean, so all was fine.

Don’t let the Best Western name pull you in on this one. Old, small breakfasts area and the breakfast was subpar. The electrical outlets would barely hold the plug in. Tub had hair in it. No Elevator for a Hotel with two stories. Front staircase. Ladies at front desk were nice.

The property is centrally located for for those participating in Balloon Fiesta. The property itself is not the newest or most appealing hotel in the area. While they are updating the rooms, the property as a whole needs a complete makeover as it is very dated. For example, the Hall way carpets are well past the time for replacement and are completely worn out near the entrances. A very significant concern is that the card access to the parking lot entry dooo is inoperative and the door was blocked open with a rock. This greatly affects guest security.
