Plaza Inn - Albuquerque

This place is a DUMP! The website shows a pleasant looking place to stay until you get here. The play is in disarray. The pool is nonexistent. If you have a service animal the manager wants you to get a second room. We checked in as a family. We have two registered service dogs. The manager who wasn’t there when we checked in called the room and told us we couldn’t have 2 service dogs in one room. Then he had the audacity to call us liars saying we didn’t report the service animals. Perhaps if he would learn our language better and read the ADA regulations there might not be a problem. For all y’all’s info he’s been reported to the ADA.

There were at least 10 giant cockroaches the length of my thumb crawling around my room, including on my bed. There was a lot more that I didn’t like about the hotel, but I feel like the cockroaches were enough to say say the heck away from this hotel

The place was older but if you are looking for value then it had clean bedding and bathroom. The place is old though and the A/C units would not keep up in the hot summer time. The carpet was very old. The place could use a facelift.
