I would not recommend this hotel to anyone first of all the sheets did not fit the bed. They were much too small and a poor quality. The furniture was so worn and I really couldn’t see if the rug was dirty cause the room was dimly lit. I would give this one star. I must say, the staff was very friendly and very helpful. I would give your staff four stars. This hotel is in a desperate need for a renovation I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Stayed last night with my husband and kids. Guy clerk who checked in last night was super kind and helpful. Room was big and clean (except for stains on curtains) and beds were soft. I hate to say anything negative, but the breakfast was the worst breakfast I’ve ever eaten at a hotel. And I’ve eaten a lot of them. I expected powdered eggs. But they were almost inedible. The bacon was raw. There was hardly any coffee -took forever to refill one container. There was no gravy (just an empty container with gravy remnants) the entire morning and the biscuits looked exceptionally hard. The milk for the cereal was completely sour and looked like it had been left out overnight. The waffle batter was disgusting and sour and my kids who love waffles wouldn’t eat it. It was hard to find something to eat honestly. I think they have a refrigeration problem. Also, the downstairs lobby was incredibly hot like the AC was broken. Which may be contributing to the food issues. I think if they fix the breakfast issue, this would be a decent place to stay, otherwise, we’ll skip it in the future.

Here’s an updated version with that detail included: I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was in poor condition and definitely not worth the $190 per night. The couch had visible stains, and the ottoman was badly worn and peeling, making the furniture look old and neglected. There was no hand soap or body soap provided, and the TV didn’t work. There was also no wall thermostat to control the room temperature, which made the stay uncomfortable. On top of that, both the sink and shower drained very slowly, making basic use of the bathroom frustrating. Overall, the room felt poorly maintained and far below what I would expect for the price. I would not stay here again unless significant improvements are made.
