Do NOT stay there! Dirty, smelly, did I say filthy? What a dump and he wanted an additional $100.00 so I wouldn't walk out with the TV. The pictures are all fabricated or taken before these people took it over and ran it into the ground. If I wasn't so tired I would have left- ended up sleeping with one eye open for bugs.

Don't bother with this motel!! First, there was a sign on the door "back in 15 min". I got tired of waiting, so I called the number on another sign and did not get an answer. I was trying the number again, when the front desk decided to unlock the door. He claimed he was there all the time I was in my car waiting. If he was, why didn't he open the door for the man who tried to door after I arrived? He claimed he saw me in my car "on the phone ". I didn't get on my phone until I walked to the door to verify whether it was locked or not. He only let me when after I told him I had a reservation. NOT CUSTOMER ORIENTED! Second, he pointed to a sign that said there is a $100 DEPOSIT (not the courtesy hold that is common) with cash, debit or credit payments. NO, NO, NO. When I told him I wanted to cancel my reservation, he told me I had to call the "number". This was to be my second stay at this motel and I did not have any if this kind of trouble with the first stay. On that stay, my "non smoking " room REEKED OF CIGARETTE SMOKE. THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT ANY MOTEL I HAVE STAY AT IN THE DECADES I HAVE BEEN TRAVELING. DO NOT BOTHER TRYING TO STAY HERE!

Best long stay hotel I've ever been too. Manager was very friendly and I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming through cruces. Long term or short. I was in the kitchette room for 6 months and not once was there any issues with any of my appliances or stove. 5 stars for sure. Anyone who says otherwise must stay at the Ritz regularly cause that's the only way I think this hotels service could be beat.
