Days Inn Taos

Checked on at 230 checked out with full refund at 430 because of bed bugs crawling on floor, chair and foot stool Didn't check anywhere else Vick at the front desk didn't ask any questions once I showed him pics, didn't ask if we wanted to switch rooms, just very quickly gave a refund Vick did come and look in the room while we were leaving and said the bugs come inside bc of the heat, no these are very clearly bed bugs ***There are tons of prairie dogs on the property so it is possible that's the cause of the infestation,*** but these were BIG bed bugs and lots of them! By the way Vick acted this isn't a new problem and he was NOT surprised at all Any other hotel I've ever had to ask for a refund will give you the run around, but Vick had my refund paperwork before I was out of the room

Dirty and unkempt. Cigarettes in the hallway. Dust on everything. Ran out of toilet paper. Sticky floors. Unfriendly staff. Kitchen area was disgusting. Cereal spills left out for days. Don’t go here. There are not a lot of options near, but a tent would be better than this place!

The nastiest place I have ever stayed. A mean spirited check in clerk for openers and a room where filth abounds. The.doors to the outside are not secure, our room had a pool noodle affixed as a makeshift door sweep, I assume it’s intent was to hold vermin in abeyance.
