Cresthill Suites Albany

This was my second stay in this hotel. Since weather was very bad but staff provided all assistance. Very nice and friendly staff. They have very good breakfast and social hours. Also location is good as it was close to my meetings. They don’t have own restaurant but they have facility to place order through phone and 45 minutes delivery is available. As such there is no good restaurant near to this place but they are great to connect you with.

Horrible place to stay no sort of room service small rooms bad customer service the toilet paper and paper towels We’re already used by guests before us. We found crusty discharge underwear left in the bathroom of are room and when mention to the front desk, they said you could wait until tomorrow morning to talk to the manager.

The suite and the kitchen were dirty; hair in the tub, dirt on the cupboards and bathroom floor. AC was on, temp was 61 degrees on arrival in November. Kitchen supplies were laughable. Absolutely NO silverware, only a can opener. 1 bowl, 1 glass. No regular coffee, only decaf. Requested another blanket which took forever to receive. Required a $150 deposit on arrival, have never had such large deposit required. Terrible stay, luckily it was a quick stop on our way to another destination. We get that help is hard to come by these days, but this was more than that, long term lack of cleaning and not even minimal stocking of kitchen supplies or extra blanket in the room. Oh and the freezer compartment of the refrigerator wasn't working either.
