From making my reservation and calling to confirm it to the easy check out, I had a good experience. The room was clean and there were a few minor cosmetic repairs that could be made, but overall nothing that would prevent me from staying there for two nights. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. When I come back next year, I will plan to stay here. Good room at a good value.

Very friendly staff at the desk - got us three single king bed rooms, upgraded to plus for no extra charge. Room was very clean and tidy, bed perfectly made and comfy. Amy is the host, and she is so friendly, her smile is a great way to start the day.

Substandard Room & Cleanliness: Upon checking in around 3:00 PM, the room felt dingy and dirty. Basic amenities expected at any hotel—such as a box of tissues, an ice bucket, and plastic cups—were entirely missing. Furthermore, when checking the bed, I discovered visible stains on the sheets. While the front desk staff did promptly replace the bedding while we were out, finding dirty linens upon arrival is unacceptable. Lack of Property Control: The property appeared to be operating less like a hotel and more like a poorly managed permanent residence. Upon our initial arrival, when we returned around midnight and late into the night, groups of people were loitering on the balconies, yelling across walkways, smoking, and allowing children to run unsupervised. Facility Defects: Because the room door lacked a proper weather-stripping seal, bright exterior light and cigarette smoke from the walkways poured directly into our room. Severe Safety Concerns: At approximately 2:00 AM, we were awoken by someone violently banging on a nearby door, screaming, "Open the fu**ing door or I will kill you."* I was ready to pack up and leave right then, but was genuinely too afraid to step outside our room. Exhausted from the overnight events, we woke up at 5:30 AMand immediately left.
