Travelodge Batavia Darien Lake

Had a great stay! Our receptionist, Emily B. , went above and beyond for us and we felt so cared for. This location seemed newly renovated and we always have the best sleep at a Holiday Inn Express, especially this one!

Nice hotel, very clean, good breakfast quiet. It snowed overnight and we foolishly had no snow brush. Emerson at the front desk lent us her personal brush out of her car. This was above and beyond!

The hotel is really nice. It's very easy to get to from the highway. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff members were nice. Breakfast was fine. The only complaint I have is that they weren't able to provide me with a bill. I used a combination of points and payment and I still, several days later, haven't received a statement.
