Comfort Inn Suites

Had an overall good experience but with a few areas that could use improvement: The good: Room was clean and comfortable (especially the bed), wi-fi worked well (though we had to frequently re-authenticate), staff was extremely friendly, there is a limited Dunkin' Donuts inside the gas station convenience store next to the hotel. Though we didn't use it, the pool was quite large and looked to be very clean. The lobby is very nice. Parking was plentiful. The bad: Breakfast was pretty limited, and a big step down from the Hampton Inn that we usually stay at when visiting the area. The only hot items were what appeared to be reheated eggs and sausage (as well as instant oatmeal). Coffee was some sort of syrup and water mixture that was just awful (thankfully, as I mentioned above, there was a DD next door). The fitness center is very small, just 4 aerobic machines (one of which was out of order) and some dumbbells. For what we paid the hotel was fine, if they can improve the breakfast a bit, and put in a real coffee maker, I'd bump up my review to a 4.

We have stayed at several Comfort Inn and this one was the best so far. Everyone was so nice and polite. The rooms were wonderful and breakfast delicious. Every staff member offered help if needed. Shanice was at the front desk when we checked out and was so sweet.

One-night stay because my normal accommodations were unavailable. Was checked in and provided a room quickly. Room was very nice (King). Clean, comfortable, no signs of deferred maintenance. Plenty of towels and toiletries for a hotel. AC/Heat unit could not be adjusted by the wall thermostat, despite what the sign said. Temp was OK. Breakfast was unusual for me. Instant coffee from a machine and limited tea offerings (2). Juice machine did not work. Pitcher with orange juice was cool, not cold. Layout had no consistency. Food quality lacking in my view.
