Stayed for one night. The location is convenient near 87 and the area has many stores (Target, Trader Joe’s, etc). The EV chargers are really convenient. It was nice to charge overnight. There is also a fast charger nearby. Hotel was clean and the staff were very pleasant. They let us check-in early without any attitude. Breakfast was nice with bananas, Oikos yogurt, and other normal items. The breakfast area was large and pleasant to be in. The food was replenished in a timely manner and was tidy. We’d stay again.

We've stayed at many HIE locations and this one is pretty good. Very clean, decent breakfast choices, comfy beds, quiet. No complaints, would absolutely stay again. Also note there is a bistro pub directly next to the hotel.

Was very disappointed in our three day stay at this hotel. To start they tried to put us in a room that had wet carpet being dried by a fan and the filthy cover off the air conditioner. We had to press to get a different room because they were "sold out". Why release a room that isn't ready? Quality and cleanliness very poor in rooms and hallways. Ice machines didn't work and were running, why not just turn them off? Pool was closed the first couple of days. We never unpacked because the room felt so dirty. Mold in showers. The best was their rates...$192, $247, and $435 for Friday night!!! Nice way to rip people off during race season. Will never stay at a Holiday Inn again and only stayed here because it was only one open. I wonder why??? The front desk women were rude but I will say there was one bellhop that was very nice.
