Location was perfect. We walked right out of the hotel on to the Main Street with tall the restaurants and shops. Nice area. I also like that you had live music on the back patio.

Bathroom was very small and comforter on the bed had blood or wine stains. The lounge was old and outdated.

The hotel did not honor our CONFIRMED reservation and did not provide any explanation for why they did not have a room for us after our 8-hour drive to Corning, NY. Furthermore, they offered no apologies and made no attempt to help us secure a room in another area property. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL!
