Holiday Inn Laguardia Airport

I stayed here when my flight was cancelled. The room was clean, the staff friendly. It met my needs for the night. My room didn’t have a hair dryer but I didn’t call down to say anything. I’m sure they would have resolved the issue. There is no airport shuttle anymore. The hotel is a little run down but they seem to be working on sprucing it up.

First of all, we couldn’t find the hotel because of the new name. We booked the Holiday Inn La Guardia but it was this address. Then even though the website said that there was a free airport shuttle (the main reason we booked), we were told it “wasn’t running currently” with no apology. The receptionist was extremely inhospitable (even though she works in the HOSPITALITY) industry and did nothing to help us or apologize for the renovations, lack of shuttle, lack of amenities etc. The decor was obviously a conglomeration of stuff from other hotels, and we could hear the person next door coughing/throwing up at 4am through the walls. Never again!

Well the guy at the front desk was nice but the hotel is the worst place a ever been , they charge me 300 per one night and I think they have to drop the price to $50 per night and still very expensive, , the room has no hangers, the shower is broken, a guy come in to my room because is a lick at room down me and I have to take a shower stick at the wall , tv remote control doesn’t work , and many more
