The location is ideal if you need to travel between downtown and East Syracuse medical campuses. There are plenty of restaurants within a three mild radius along with grocery and retail stores. Tati and Jade have been especially kind and helpful during a longer than expected stay. It helps to have a kitchenette for those lazy days or just to avoid eating out. There is plenty of free parking, the wifi works well if especially if you have remote work needs. There in an on site laundry room that's avab 24hrs a day. Kitchen equipment is included unlike most hotels. It's definitely a perfect fit for both medical and work visitors.

Disgusting bathroom with no ventilation. Smelled of sour mildew. The hotel needs renovation or shutdown. Strong smell of Marijuana throughout the hallways. Bed sheets were worn out and not clean smelling.

Went to check in early but turned away from desk area that smelled unmistakenly of pot smoke, and again later on return. First room was awful. Hadn’t been cleaned, smelled like it was full of athletes foot fungus and likely to have been welfare placement as other customers appeared to be. Abandoned cars in the lot along with someone living in their broken down SUV in the lot. Grounds were filthy and used syringe on the ground greeted me at the entery on my last night.
