This was a stop overstay on our way home from a long trip. The front desk person couldn't be bothered to look up from her phone each time I was in the lobby (checking in, breakfast the next day, asking for pool towels) and wasn't the most friendly or helpful when she did interact with me. The rooms are a nice size and the shower had good water pressure. My kids liked the pool which was the main reason for picking this hotel over others in the area. Don't know if we would stay here again.

My husband and I have been coming here for over 20 years. On our way to Disneyland and back. I don’t know what happened here but I do not recommend this hotel at all anymore.( the restaurant is great ) . We were given a room first that was not made up! tried calling the front desk. It was always busy so I got in the car went around to the to the other side where the office is and he was on a personal call. Told him what happened and that I’m not happy gave me another room and that one was made up, but dirty in every corner, dried urine on the floor, the chair in the room had numerous rips on it, the Patio door had a broken lock on it and we were on the bottom floor. Safety is an issue here, not only in cleanliness but broken locks! The rates have gone up at this hotel $40 a night since we last stayed there! It needs a complete renovation . Also, the guy at the front desk was unapologetic and said nothing . Again the Restaurant Andersons Split Pea Soup is great! But stay somewhere else!

Room smelled bad, bedding looked dirty, only given 2 towels, freeway noise was terrible. Then in morning my husband couldn't find his wallet I called to request a late check out as we searched through all our things and car...to our surprise a Hispanic man came busting into our room using slider door from balcony...he climbed up to second floor! This was an employee! He's lucky he wasn't shot or clobbered with a lamp or something!! This place is a nightmare! Better off sleeping in your car!
