I can't make a reservation here because it's been turned into an illegal migrant shelter by NYC. This site does not specify this so I reached out and that's what they told me. I've also informed ICE just in case they weren't aware of the illegal alien shelter.

I paid in full on the Radisson website well in advance. After travelling for over 24hrs, got a taxi to the hotel at 11pm only to find out that our hotel is no longer a hotel but a hostel. Was told by someone inside that my booking had been transferred to the IHG group without informing me, BUT, IHG had canx my booking, so now I am without a hotel. Eventually after 2hrs of trying to sort everything out I ended up at IHG Holiday INN Xpress but I had to pay again, which at 2am seemed the easier option. After multiple emails to Radisson I am still awaiting any acknowledgement of responsibility and I still do not have a refund for a hotel stay that never took place AND they were aware of this fact well before the actual travel date. Awful.

We got our room in the hotel using SuperTravel, but when we arrived our reservation could not be found. For about two hours, Latoya took her time to put effort into looking into our issue and resolving for us. She was very professional and attentive to our needs!
