Hampton Inn Somerset

1. The hotel reeked of pot - not only through the room via vents, but the hallways, and stairwells. Complained but it was the workers who seemed to be the culprits judging where they hung out - and by their attitude when I brought it up. 2. Cold food - serving cold eggs daily (that just came out of the "oven?" 3. Refrigerator - did not work. Was replaced first night but concierge said it was likely due to heat (sure - that caused it to not work when the AC was running fine). 4. Attempted to check out Sunday - and had a maintenance kid try. I just left as I had prepaid. So much for a receipt. I'm curious to see the fumbling apology by the "manager."

We were with a group and didn’t have any real issues. Bed was clean and comfy. Room was old and dated and well used. Shower worked but had issues. We didn’t try breakfast. Probably was on for the money. But if money is not an issue I’d stay somewhere else.

This hotel is infested with bed bugs. My sister and I have bed bug bites all over us. We were able to catch a couple of them in the room on our last day. The Assistant GM just emailed an apology and that was it. I have contacted the hotel back multiple times to pursue reimbursement with no response. Do not stay at this hotel It is disgusting and customer service is terrible.
